Members of the NYSAFLT Board of Directors are elected to their position by the general membership. The tenure of office of the directors shall be for two years, with the possibility of re-election, limited to two consecutive terms. They attend four board meetings per year. They serve as the liaison between their regional constituents and the Executive Committee of NYSAFLT.
